Return Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within one hour of placement by contacting Customer Services during working hours. Outside of this window, cancellations can only be processed through our returns/refunds procedure.

Returns: To return products for refund or exchange, notify us within 15 days of receipt and return the items to an agreed store or designated drop-off point in original condition and packaging, including any complimentary items.

Refunds: Upon receipt of returned/exchanged products, refunds will be processed excluding delivery charges. For exchanges, you may place a new order or purchase replacement items in-store if available.

Exchanges: Certain product categories may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, we offer substitutes, replacements, or full refunds. In the case you receive a wrong or damaged item, Pawly care will manage all shipping and exchange costs. Items that are returned worn, altered, damaged, dirty, or otherwise in a condition where they can't be resold cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Where products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control like material shortages due to import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Periodically, we may offer promotional deals on our App and Website. Specific terms and conditions apply, including time limitations and restrictions on combining offers. We reserve the right to amend or terminate promotions without prior notice.
