Order Placement and Payment:

  • When you place an order through our App or website, you are expressing your intention to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of the selected products at the prices indicated at the time of your order. Please note that prices may fluctuate due to promotions or corrections.
  • To finalise your purchase, click the 'Confirm Order' button during checkout. By providing necessary personal and payment information, you authorise us to share this data with relevant third parties for processing. All mandatory fields must be completed. Upon completion, you'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order, including details and any applicable delivery costs.

Please be aware that order confirmation emails and completion of the checkout process do not constitute acceptance of your order. We accept your order only upon delivery and receipt of full payment. You can track the status of your orders at any time by logging into your account on our website.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, such as unavailability of a product or pricing errors, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

Delivery/Pickup:

We offer delivery or pickup options within Kuwait, depending on your address. Delivery charges and timescales vary based on product type, service chosen, and delivery location.

We strive to meet estimated delivery/pickup dates provided in your order confirmation email. If delays occur, we'll notify you promptly and provide revised estimates. If you have chosen to collect your product from one of our stores, the failure to collect your order within 7 days of notification may lead to cancellation and refund processing.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, arrangements for redelivery will be made with your consent. Risk of product loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery or pickup.

Where products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control like material shortages due to import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
